We open the show on Egg Yolk Jubilee's Mardi Gras anthem and bro it out on the juvenile experience.  Spencer is back in the producer's chair and brings some early heat straight out of Pal's Lounge during a boisterous dog-out-of-the-week segment. 

For the crux of the show (at the 20-minute mark), we call Bill Tom Scott, the biggest Jazz Fest fan we know this side of Cousin Andy.  We hit on the just announced Jazz Fest lineup, and reflect on Bill's 4-month New Orleans sabbatical from a few years back, including a beautifully put encapsulation of living in New Orleans in the eyes fo the man with three first names.
